We're Thankful for You

This Thanksgiving, we're thankful for our Framebridge customers.

We're thankful that you have helped us build this business. We believed that people had photos and art and mementos that mattered to them. We believed framing as it existed before was too confusing and too expensive. So we built Framebridge hoping you would find us. Importantly, we considered every detail before launching. In the world of start-ups, there is a lot of accepted best practice about "just shipping it" and doing what is "minimally viable." We didn't believe that was acceptable. We wanted you to trust us with what mattered to you. Our business is one in which an eighth of an inch matters. We do sweat the small stuff. We're thankful you've noticed and support us.

We're thankful you've shown us there really is kindness in the world. All year, we have seen the best in people. We have seen wedding proposals and encouragement gifts. We have seen the most unique artifacts of people's lives. I get choked up several times a week recounting what people frame with us. The other day, I noticed a comment on an Instagram post of the sweetest newborn baby boy. A friend of the mother had posted "you have to @framebridge that!" I felt so proud that our business could be associated with such goodness! Thank you for this. We're working hard to live up to that association.

We're thankful you've made Framebridge a fun place to work. It is easy to be proud of your work when you know it matters. Our customers share with us very special moments and we are honored to preserve them.

We hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your friends and family. We can't wait to see the photos!

Best,

Susan Tynan, Framebridge Founder and CEO
